The hotel rooms are a bit tired and outdated, and it took 2 hours to get the bath robes promised at check-in after paying for an upgraded room with limited garden view. However, the beds were clean. The service was never really nice or helpful, giving a sense that the staff hate their jobs, though they were friendly. The location is beautiful and fantastic for walks, quiet and peaceful, with lovely gardens. The dining experience was low quality due to few midweek guests, with spare ribs on the menu.
